आँख के आँसू 

दिल का दर्द अगर आँख से छलक जाना चाहता  है 

मन की पीड़ा अगर पानी बन बह जाना चाहती है 

दूसरो को दर्द न देकर अगर 

खुद को आंसुओ में समेटना चाहती है 

तो तेरा दोष क्या है आँख के पानी 

क्या तेरा इतना भी अधिकार नहीं  

की तू अपना गम आँखों से बहा दे 

उस पर सवाल करने का किसी को अधिकार नहीं 

और जो तेरे आंसू की किमत न समझे 

उसकी  आँख को चाह ही नहीं

दिल और आँसू का क्या मेल बनाया  साई तूने 

चोट दिल को लगे और दर्द आँख से छलकता है 

 उसकी किमत दर्द  देने वाला कहाँ समझता है 

जिसे खुद आंसू से नफरत है 

वही उसे आने पर मजबूर करता है 

और दोष आँख के आंसू 

 तुझ पर मढ़ता हैं 

आखिर तेरा दोष क्या है 

मेरे आँख के पानी 

तेरा निकलना मेरे बस में  नहीं 

ये किसी को कहाँ समझ आता  है 

मेरे दर्द को कम करना बस

तुझे ही तो आता है 

शुक्र  गुजार हूँ मै तेरी की 

तू आँख से  यूं निकल आता है

शब्दों से दूसरो का दिल न दुखा कर 

मुझे ही रुला  रुला जाता है  

फिर भी तेरा ही दोष लोगो को

नजर आता है 

अपने के बिछड़ने पर तेरी किमत सबको समज आनी है 

दर्द देने वाले को भी अहमियत तेरी एक दिन दिख जानी है 

जो कल तक सवाल तेरे अस्तित्व  पर करता था 

आज उसकी आँख में भी पानी है 

  उस दिन कोई कारण नहीं होगा 

ऐ मेरे आंसू  तुझ पर इल्जाम लगाने वाले 

आज खुद तेरी गिरफ्त में  होंगे 

कल तक  तुझे दोष देने वाले 

 आज मेरे आंसू कि किमत समज रहें होंगे 

और तू मैं  अपनी दुनिया में निकल चुके होंगे
